For the time being, we primarily contract based on projects. Our network tends to be independent creatives who prefer this type of flexibility, and it allows us to prioritize based on project, budgets, locations, and a wide range of specialty backgrounds.
Can you help me if I’m looking for full-time work?
Yes! We have close relationships with impact organizations looking to hire full-time. Please join our community so we can run an initial interview and potentially suggest you for work to one of these organizations.
What are your rates?
Our rates range based on the client’s budget and skillset, but we are competitive in pay. When you complete your application, please note your pay range so that we can make appropriate proposals that fit your compensation requirements.
